This is so typical of deals run by those with Philippine ties, go offshore and do business is the cry of the promotors and Directors, we can rip off our shareholders much better, swifter and cleaner with proposed exotic deals. This deal is a joke, I would like to know whom the shareholders and Directors are of both Companies
