You are 100% on your thoughts that there was one buyer holding it down and accumulating the weak, if this was the GWR of 2-3 yrs ago we would have closed today at 1.25/1.30, daytraders wont push thru the lines like this buyer did today from 98 to 1.05 and the blockages put in to slow it down, lets hope some good news tomorrow or the handbrake being released, majority of HC posters or long term holders have no interest selling their holdings at 95 or 1.05 or even a $3 takeover price, my understanding as it was posted more than 2 yrs ago that $8 was rejected by major holders, hope oneday they can accurately count how much iron ore they actually have, my estimate is 800k - 1 bil tonnage.
