When I entered MCL/M2M, it was in another lifetime.... when we were talking VOIP...

And now we have changed totally direction and I am trying to grasp the concept of what we are backing, which is now carbon credits...

So I am reading everything I see in the news and about the ETS & carbon trading bla bla so it I am not quite au fait with everything and my comments, please excuse my ignorance as I will be honest, this is all new to me by default!

From what I can determine, the backing of the ETS scheme is a big issue which is causing a lot of dissention and antagonism within the political arena at the moment. And now, there is noise that the treaty will NOT be signed in Copenhagen in December when the leaders meet to discuss the climate deal. Today's papers indicate that the Copenhagen summit would not reach a binding legal agreement and instead would settle for a political one instead....

So, if all the ETS stuff does not progress as we are all hoping, where does that leave the company which is banking on making their business trading carbon credits? Will this render these credits useless?

I would really appreciate any clarification on this area

    Thanks,

    Bel
