Thank you for answering one of cransy's often repeated questions.

Why isnt their more people lining up to buy CHM you hit the nail on the head.

CHM who ?

What does the general investment community know about the case. There has been virtually no real detail available so how would anyone even understand it and in most cases know about the case.

Two questions I would love to have answered is

1) Could MMX have acquired the IO assets without CHM ?

2) If they could have bought IO assets without CHM help why didnt they ?

I think that is the crux and heart of the case.
