currently cementing the base. won't be long for the 'u' turn. bought in at 4.21 and will be holding mid to long term. not in hurry to sell unless another gfc :P
they have the cash, coal, land and port. one of the panels in skynews-your money your call program (2 weeks ago) was saying qld premier has approved more land for housing development and NHC owned some of those land. (no info on that in their web so dyor)
anyways, cash is king! and china still need coal :)
