portlad-all old news,funny how usa gdp is up and consumer spending down , nothing unusual there, bonds are getting popular ,i think the us dollar is set to gain and while the doomsayers are banishing commercial realty to the poor box it always helps to remember its not forever,currently half way thru warren buffetts book "snowball" anyone who might believe experts should read it, the drab dull boring stocks,the despairing times in which he purchased,a durable competitive advantage and let compounding do the rest,the trials and tribulations at 900+pages its classic buffett "VALUE". you also get to meet all the other legends and their outlooks,it has spurred me on to start buying again in a small way
