    I was replying to WineCollector's post earlier. He suggested that it wouldn't be CR because the details has been disclosed.

    My response was that the previous announcement on the matter of CR was a Preliminary Advance Notice. The upcoming announcement could still very well be officially announcing the CR. Sorry about the ambiguous post
