There is plenty of pent-up good news to this stock and now management have scared the market with that (IMO) ill timed placement announcement they need to send a clear signal they will let it run for a few weeks (rerate) on good news or at the very least allow pro-rata entitlements to existing shareholders *if* they want them for an accelerated exploration plan.
