It will be months before a decision comes out. Even after the case ending next week further submissions will be made so it will be well into next year before this is finished.

Unless a settlement occurs but the parties have tried mediation twice so thats a long shot.

The issue I can see for MMX is that OPR will start to need capital as design process gears up so its 150 million might start to dwindle.
