oxx - new albers listing, page-4

Thanks for the info guys - just looked at the Octanex prospectus. So Albers wants to raise 300k which will basically all go to listing costs & prospectus costs. In exchange those subscribing will own 1m out of 177m shares and plus an additional 36m odd options (or 0.4% diluted). Interestingly the prospectus goes on to spell out an 'indicative market cap based on a 20c SP' - notwithstanding the shares being offered at 30c.. Not an IPO that I'd be subscribing to!
