I reckon if Cliffs came in now and offered $2.50. I would accept. I know we all laughed about that a year ago and it being too cheap, but I reckon they would get a big chunk of shares and be able to roll the board....if they wanted to and only if they submit legal proxies. That puzzled me why a company would submit a non legal proxy.
