You mentioned in your last post - "In Tz,,its often suggested to go 'poli poli' (slowly slowly) its a coastal culture thing,,being very hot and humid explains a part of its origin ..if you hurry people they openly suggest poli poli. ANd the Tz authorities did that. But there are ways and means and KEY is manouvreing to that end."

I'm not sure if I have miss something but could you please explain the way and means that you speak of?
