Yes, a CR will happen, but posters are talking as though it will happen tomorrow. The company will most likely wait until the SP is at a consistent healthy high with plenty of support.

As for the SP, IMO it had a ton of support around the 39-40 level and the last 15 minute drop was only due to traders from today cutting their losses, holders from pre ann locking in profits, or T + 1s being forced to close out their positions from yesterday.

The volume going through above 40 cents was more than 90% of todays volumes, so as far as tommorrow goes, 40 cents will be the support.
