Have you invested in or been involved in other reits? Of them all these guys seem to have played it straighter than others I'm in, god some of them are really painting works of art, though here I'm searching for the downside, I'm a horrible pessimist though struggling here to find facts that make this worth less than other reits, it just seems to stand out as undervalued, how or in your opinion are they hiding any issues? I can't find a problem at least on the anns and official information,
