Scottport, that's all you'll ever get out of them. I tried a couple of times last year with the same result, except I even got some polite calls from the company secretary, but no information. If there's anything more to say, they'll do it publicly, as they should.
Still waiting for evidence of the supposed 'pump' this morning....
