dioro directors

I am appalled by the REJECT statement just issued by Dioro Directors. Have a look at the total shareholding of all 7 DIRECTORS, I HOLD MORE SHARES THAN ALL OF THEM PUT TOGETHER ( Check their Target statement)AND COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH THE HUGELY NEGATIVE BIAS THEY HAVE PUT ON THE RAMELIUS OFFER.
Where have they made it clear that if Dioro shareholders convert their shares they will still obviously have an interest in the ongoing future of Dioro? What about the spreading of risk (In a risky Industry) of having more than one string to your bow?
I have always had concerns about Companies whose Directors hold almost no shares, What have they got to lose ? They can tell us stupid shareholders anything and it costs them nothing. I think this is a classic case where all shareholders had better do their own research and not take the word of people who clearly don't care about them. Just to compare companies have a look at the Ramelius Directors shareholding in their own Company, I haven't checked this myself but I am willing to bet it is more than 600,000 odd shares. Hopeless!!!
