Found Brad Pettersson or at least A Brad Pettersson. I suspect the right one.

It says he works for fsia (Financial Services International Australia) and is a CPA with experience as a leading Tax and Structuring Advisor with Asia Pacific focus.

Extensive experience in advising on the intial restructuring of investments and debts across a variety of tax juristictions. Worked for many years in South East Asia and in recent years has consulted to large corporates on structuring issues in large mergers and acquisitions transactions.
