The two parties have up until 28 September to attend mediations. Cranswick, your above statement refers to "the court case". Do you know something we don't?
On 14/8/09 you said "The best you CHM guys can hope for is that MMX throws you a few pennies in an out of court settlement" ... so why are you now referring to "the court case"?
