1/ thats a bold statment that the deal will fall through & at best hearsay but we will see ?

2/ as to the amount of cash 28 mil is not meagre in this GFC climate.

3/ as to issuing diluting shareholdings URL management have just issued swags of shares to themselves & others @ 1.8 cents, so i believe you need to go to the next shareholder meeting & take the issue up with them, please dont take it out on posters like myself.

p.s. all i have wished to point out is & i believe the merger will go ahead or you will have a massive capitol raising but if it does go ahead it makes sense to buy VCN to get in at the same low price management & friends did while you still can !! see VCN share price since the ann ?
