The underwriters seem to be subscribing to 10% as part of the underwriting agreement terms, there was no shortfall.
No complaints about 15 times, much better than say virgin blue which was 1.8 or so. I only applied for 5x as much and didnt expect anything like 15x. There's been close to 30% on the table throughout the whole offer period.
