Theres going to be plenty of selling pressure in the short term:
1. Institutions taking profits from placement. 2. Clem Jones continuing to liquidate the deceased estate. 3. Retail investors selling holdings which were bought to qualify for the SPP. 4. Existing small holders selling to raise funds for the SPP. 5. Profit taking on SPP shares when allocated.
SPP holding statements are due to be despatched 21 Oct, so expect share price weakness until end of Oct.
I am hoping to buy back in through SPP, or close to that price.
The company represented attractive value at around $1.50 before the capital raisings. Now with 15% more shares issued in the placement and potentially up to 30% more in the SPP, I will have to look closer at what value is on offer. Depends upon number of shares issued in SPP and forecast growth rates.
