I don't know about that...yes two directors own about 10 million of the JRL shares (roughly 30%), but if PDN get enough acceptances from the other shareholders, they might have no choice.

Anyway it was just a suggestion if PDN were going to counterbid. Why get into a bidding war with Chinese? Of course I gues Chinese could just up their bid on EME and that might stop JR shareholders from accepting the PDN bid.

Personally, I am not sure whether i would accept the offer as I posted, considering I know what their gameplan would be (as per my post) but I think alot of the other shareholders would be tempted.

Of course, its all dependent on whether PDN is even intereted in EME...many of the press articles today are suggesting they wouldn't be, though I'm not convinced.
