    Hi guys,

Some of you know I was a big holder previously and sold out some months ago, thinking CMV has no/ little prospects and big risks.

CMV enjoys the loyalty of some HCer's here and enthusiasm over the Meretec technology etc.

Obviously with another capital raising it shows just how close to bankruptcy CMV has come.

In being objective you must ask why did Scholz not tip more money in? They are certainly not short. They also have much more information than mere shareholders too.

Be very careful. Be honest with yourself when making this investment decision.

Loyalty to a company should only go so far. Look after No. 1 (yourself!) and as I've said before there is both the risk in owning a company that may go broke ST, as well as the opportunity cost of what is going on around you...

    Other companies are flying...

Just an objective opinion; think carefully before tipping more money into CMV and also consider how long will it be before CMV SP re-rates vs. what is happening elsewhere.

I would think there will be no strong turnaround in SP until the 1H10 accounts at the earliest.

Even with such a good technology in Meretec, the upside is now so diluted for original shareholders is it really worth hanging in there.

From someone whose lost a lot of money with CMV I'm just providing a counter view to, IMO, the overly and unwarranted and unsubstained optimism from some on this thread.

    Cheers
    John
