Sort of right Tony, the taste at 13.5c was 10K or so shares. Not worth thinking about. This is not heading any lower, although the odd person may get impatient or need their cash. As you point out $13M will limit the downside. It is a matter of patience and news before this flies. This one has more legs than the likes of BUY and MMR that have been rocketing.
