what is the fair value for url, page-3

A lot of resource, but can't seem to extract the stuff - seems to be costing a fortune in time and planning to get going. I use to think there were a lot of resources, but now wondering exactly what is an economically viable resource - so far it has all been uneconomic. I wonder what the true economically extractable resources are and at what price. The banks do not think that this is worth the time of day - not that the average bank out there is worth much in terms of credibility these days.
