What happens if they lose badly. They only have 50% of IO assets to lose and may need to also account for 150 million they already got paid.
A bad loss means no further Mitsubishi payment, no funds to contribute to port project so MMX could be diluted out of this.
If you had a bad loss what will you have left from what is promising to be a great company ?
