AVO do not have control until they get past 50% until then unless others chicken out DIO are in control pure and simple. There is no point in saying otherwise. However, AVO do have a big voice and will need an ally to force future direction of DIO

If the RMS bid then succeeds then RMS will be in control and AVO's position in the new entity will be diluted.

BS more than likely sold out because of liquidity. As I said before interesting that they sold in at the last minute. Had they sold out 2, 3 days or a week ago then it would have been all over red rover. So I wonder why BS sold out so late???
