re: Ann: Quarterly Report for the Quarter End... Well if that's his idea of thinking then I'd hate to see him rambling on mindlessly.

What I saw was an accusation of improper dealings made against the directors of Key. I don't necessarily feel that the raising was done in the best way possible but I stop well short of accusing them of outrightly working against the company and it's shareholders for personal gain or the benefit of a select group of holders over the majority.
