it will be interesting if the RMS bid starts to get some traction, once paperwork is sent out and assuming the DIO board recommends the bid (AVO unlikely to get seat on board before such recommendation is made).

in the absence of AVO coming back again, it will be very tempting for all the retail investors left in DIO to accept the RMS offer

we could see RMS with 30-40% themselves; that would be a nightmare for AVO i would have thought, unless they decide to bid for RMS; can't see that given their trashing of RMS so far..

that's why i wouldsn't be surprised if we haven't seen the last of AVO in the short term
