    1.20 is my pre- ex-div target too

    IPO was at $1.80 for this relatively low geared/stable cash flow comapny

    GFC panic selling has created this bargain buy. However, with the market recovering rapidly and US out of recession I doubt this will remain cheap around xmas time.
