Thats wishful thinking about the return of 500k. The recent WA court decision that this thread started with shows that even though the original values are low the courts are prepared to reward the wronged party in todays's values.

If CHM had been brought in as an equity partner instead of having the cash ripped out it would have enjoyed the same ride that MMX has enjoyed and if the case is proved thats what the judge will consider.

I still think that MMX best option is to offer a bunch of shares and move on. Why bet the farm as any compensation if it is in Crossland shares will come from MMX and not mitsubishi.
