I thought suspension would have been lifted long before now. After all, the deal is out in the open.

What I found interesting is the suspension was issued from the ASX saying ‘suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pursuant to listing rule 17.3” but that listing rule is suspension not at entities request. Also in the back of my mind is the earlier request to ASIC by the former directors to immediately suspend BOS.

If the details of the takeover of RGM are dependent on the settlement of the CBTE - GL Biochem merger we could be suspended for weeks. But I do find it peculiar.
