I know from the reports that RIV has commenced a full feasibility study of barge transportation. They are obviously confident as they have already completed preliminary design for the river barge, shuttle tugs and push boats.

Can you enlighten me on location of a comment related to possible time frames for this to be complete?
I will be holding on for this as it really seems to be the ignition for this to become awesome. (Blue chip with Div is a real possibility... oh! throw in a little appreciation on the way)

Do you feel that this will be this year?
