Trading (so far today) is typical of a an "empty zone" where we see flat trading on low volume. It offers a pretty safe entry point with a tight stop under just under the low of 74c. The key to the safe entry here is the fact that the volume has signifiantly dropped off. This is important because it indicates stability in price. As most of you already know, price tend to expand sharply out of empty zones one way or another. If you limit the downside and unlimit the upside, you can put the risk/reward in your favour.
Theres an old saying that can work well under certain market conditions such as this and its "Buy in mild times, sell in wild times"
More conservative traders would be looking to trade the breakout like myself. Place a buy order on a breakout of 80c.....Or you could short it on a break the other way if you like.
