The recent cuts to opthalmology wont stop there. Having practised under labor governments I know that they run out of money, and they love to cut payments to health providers, whilst espousing how good they are at fixing health problems. Health has been in boom times, but this wont continue. Budget cuts need to be made and health is a big ticket item.
