part-timer. My thoughts exactly which I why I have been loading up on REIT stocks. Already well in the green, but the upside over the next 12 months if the recovery continues could look very nice. Some of these companies have been punished, and as you said, capital raising have already taken place alongwith most or all of the property de-valuations.
Was disappointing to see the sidewides action over the last couple of weeks, but hopefully as you say some positive share price action might not be far away.
Least some good action today by most the REITS.
