i spoke to someone yesterday at the company, and asked the about the capitol situation.

He said, that given their current terms with PDN, they can not raise new shares for a little bit,,,,,actually, middle august, they are free to do so.

Then i put it to him, that shareholders hate this large discount to last, and said, i'd prefer to see no discount on a spp, but,,,,, offer a free option to go with, almost in the money, and then you actually give something to the shareholders, while supporting the sp.

He said, that if they do go down the spp path, it would offer negligible discount to the VWAP for the 10 days etc,,
