I'm not great at this but... I copied your layout birdmanz and borrowed from the 'Outstanding Share Tally' messages: http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_C/threadview?m=te&bn=3151&tid=28476&mid=28476&tof=6&frt=2#28476
CBTE shares current and outstanding 7,416,896 Current outstanding (Nasdaq 8k 23 jun 09) 739,900 Convertible notes (Nasdaq 8k 23 jun 09) 3,900,000 Convertible notes (Nasdaq 8k 14 jul 09) 6,560,000 shares for the GL Biochem deal 2,600,000 Shares for BOS ========== 21,216,796
BOS holds 12% of CBTE
'The transaction will involve the issuance 6.56 million fully paid ordinary CBI shares to the shareholders of GL Biochem, representing 51% of CBI's outstanding share capital. The purchase price of the Option will range between 8.14 million shares and 18.64 million CBI shares, based on the forthcoming 2008 audited after-tax profit results of GL Biochem and Associated Companies.'
Not sure if this means the 6,560,000 shares on the GL deal can top 18.64 million? It seems a bit much, but if so, that would make a total of:
7,416,896 Current outstanding (Nasdaq 8k 23 jun 09) 739,900 Convertible notes (Nasdaq 8k 23 jun 09) 3,900,000 Convertible notes (Nasdaq 8k 14 jul 09) 18,640,000 shares for the GL Biochem deal 2,600,000 Shares for BOS ========== 33,296,796
BOS holds 8% of CBTE
Looking less like a cornerstone investment. Mind you, if Biosignal's technology takes off even this holding would mean plenty of dollars.
Come on someone, please tear my calcs to shreds, I wont mind. I want to know we have a bigger stake in CBTE.
I recently got to wondering if Steinberg will put in a counter offer - that would be an interesting vote.
