Let me guess - you accepted the bid but are now a little annoyed that no-one else seemed to follow your lead?
And are now annoyed that dls sp went up and tdo has remainded stagnant?

This was always going to happen. I don't think anyone actually argued that it wouldn't.
But my guess is that the main holders would argue that 13.2c is still no where near enough for them to sell up. Especially into another illiquid stock where management appeared to be having a crisis.

The sp of both companies was severely distorted over the offer period - as dls is currently distorted as investors fight off the bpt bid - so your expectation of getting 13.2c for your tdo shares would not have ever eventuated.

This stock is not something to trade day in, day out. You are either holding for the long term, or you don't hold at all.
