    gizard, they should have more than $10M in kitty by now and assuming dividend is paid in late Sept, whilsy 3c may be extravagant, 1.5c would only cost just over $6M. It's doable and would send out the right "signals". Alternatively a share buyback of some sort would also demonstrate confidence in the company and signal to the market the sp is undervalued.
