I think this could be huge. I reckon it's a settlement.

Have we been flipped over & lost if so then we are GONE! or have we won & D&C have realised they are not going to get anywhere.

I would say that D&C's bluff has been called & originally a settlement didn't occur because D&C kept playing hard ball, then the courts have said SRK is right & pay up.

The problem is we have two possible alternatives.

D&C were after something like $80m so have we agreed to a company crippling payout or have we said your in trouble here have a peace offering of somecash & lets us move on.

Ideally I'd love to see us buy out D&C but I think thats a long shot to.

Either way I hope this at least gets settled. I hope it's not just a crappy announcment.
