This is really a fun company to research :)

"Sovereign Key Enterprises" shareholding changes are signed by "Plenty View Limited" from an address in Hong Kong. Googling that address led me to the contact address for a social networking site called mc2me.com. Looking up the owner of that IP address gave me the same physical Hong Kong address, with the company name "Citygrand Venture Limited" and the name Johnny Lee (google tells me there's someone of that name that does IT research for Aegis). Googling "Citygrand Venture Limited" leads to an article from 2007 saying ETC had been awarded a 18 million dollar contract from said company to develope a mobile applications (mc2me no doubt). Where'd the 18 mil go? Oh yeah, they made that from the shares bought cheaply from companies registered at the same address following that news ;) What a mess...
