How are you able as an AVO holder to give an objective opinion on how DIO are managed, you as an AVO holder will do anything in your power to downplay DIO positives in order to make your takeover offer sound resonable. If you believe DIO is poorly managed i think it is time to take a look in your own backyard and question a few decisions of your own AVO board what makes you believe they are any more compitent then DIO directors. You only have to look at AVO's childish responses and relative debt levels to question their competence. Go Figure!!!
