Promoter stock escrows aren't lifted until August 3rd, none of escrowed holders currently envisaged to be sellers. One lot is effectively continued in escrow until 31 Aug. Perhaps some other holders are nervous ahead of release of promoter stock from escrow.
Directors / Advisors have never been traders of this stock.
