Isnt the contract with the chinese government?
I mean if they wont pay up who will?
That's why i hold, if all the pieces fall into place then it's a $1 stock no problems at all.
Even with the curent contract/s It's on a p/e of around 3.
It SHOULD have risen above 40 this week. No two ways about it.
