    Finally DIO drops a response to the bid extension.

    They are definately pushing the agenda of a third party bid coming to the table.

    "confidentiality agreements covering all aspects of the negotiations, provided access to technical data about Dioro and conducted site visits at Dioro's operations"

    I'd like to see them pull this rabbit out of a hat by friday
