Would be unwise to compare KEYO and KEYR for many reasons, the main one being KEYR are there specifically to fast track the UK purchase, and are only available for 2 weeks trading.
Also, a little premature I feel to declare the issue as a waste of time, you may ending up writing a "Dear Ted" apology letter if they pull this off. i am happy to give them the benefit of the doubt especially as they are proven deal makers IMO.
