I am getting concerned that Mr stokes really seems to worry less about the share price of Seven than carrying on with his own agenda that we are not really able to keep up to date with. I would mind less if he managed the share price but it seems to just keep on going down.There isn't enough info to decide what is happening and all you have to go on is that the share is trading near its 52 week low.

I am not sure that this is a company you can draw any conclusions on.
