Notice how URL management miraculously have a post on the top 20 shareholders yesterday - the 7th of July.
Notice how on the 7th of July, there was an announcement on the top 20 shareholders. In that announcement, note Mt. Isa Mines is listed in at number 5, with their 30,000,000 shares - accounting for 5.81% of the shares.
Then, miraculously on the 8th - there is a notice stating Mt. Isa Mines is no longer a substantial shareholder. The notice simply notes N/A on the number of securities affected - folks, this is 30m shares that are no longer taken up by Mt. Isa Mines. That is big - why has URL not highlighted this!
I find it too much of a co-incidence. URL management has never bothered to make an active effort to update the shareholder register. Then, just before this significant change in shareholding - there just happens to be a notice about the top 20 shareholders. Now with the change, I doubt they will bother to update this for at least another 10-18 months as per previous pathetic updates. They will simply leave this for all to review the last shareholding, since it looks good to have Mt. Isa mines on the share register - who are now no longer.
Once again, all sorts of things going on - something has never added up. This ties back into the un-explained surges in the shares? Nothing ever said - and so on. Did we ever know why over 80m shares were purchased up in a day - yet nothing ever said? Yes, it was day traders... Yea Right!
Anyone else find this unacceptable or strange?
