the announcement leaves more questions open than it answers - no idea of number of shares that will be on offer or how much of a loss they are trying to cover from this years operation, etc etc etc

and yes I scream manipulation - great announcements to raise the sp then hit ppl for more money to prop up their operations

oh well - that is the market
